The Mother of Three Sisters
Three sisters share a dinner table. They have different personalities, lifestyles, and taste buds. Yet every night, they connect over food, made with love by their mother, on a single dinner table. Siham is the mother of Three Sisters. Siham is dedicated to promoting a lifestyle of wellness and healthy eating. Her education at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London has gained her an understanding of the undeniable connection between food and wellbeing. Inspired by COVID-19’s impact on health, and driven by her search for natural solutions, she envisioned Three Sisters as a wellness oasis for the community to reconnect with wholesome foods and sustainable living. Above all, Siham is a mother. It is her nurturing instinct as a mother, first and foremost, that led her on the search for a most natural and holistic lifestyle.

Family, friends, blind dates, or strangers. Share a table and you’ll realize, no matter your differences, you are much alike. Allow the food to make you family.
Simplicity
Chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and sometimes garlic. Hummus is proof you don’t need much to make exquisite food. Just add a dash of cumin.
